There is a secret item on Club Penguin that you can find in the new Stage Catalog. Turn to page 3 of the catalog. At the middle-top of the page you will find a door knob. If you click it you will find the “Dark Detective’s Coat.”
Click the door know in the middle-top part of page 3.
