Okay, so you want to be a VIP on club penguin and get access to the backstage all access and find some cool items for sale? Then do this:

1. Head on over to the forts and go to the shop stand
2. Buy the all access pass
3. Go to the Dock
4. Then walk into the backstage

Now, once you are there click on the instruments and buy buy buy!
