Banned or Not Banned, That is the Question?

Hey, am I banned or is this just a glitch… hmmm? I can login and login and everything is fine. But when I go to buy that Plastic Red Chair on Club Penguin, it says I am banned!!!

i think its a glitch.
both of my penguins say same thing and my friends too.
