What is a Puffle?
Native to the wilds of Club Penguin, puffles are small, round, furry creatures. They make fantastic pets!
Several different species have been discovered, and each color has its own unique personality. Everyone in Club Penguin can adopt 2 puffles, but members can adopt up to 20.
In 2011 there is a new handbook and new ways to adopt and interact. Here is the new cover for the handbook:
Adopting a Puffle:
Go to the Pet Store and you will be required to take a survey now. So click on the clip board and click “take quiz”.
After you complete the quiz you will be told which puffle is best for you!
If you want to get a specif puffle, you need to learn what they like and don’t like and answer the quiz to lean towards that puffles likes and or dislikes. Here is a profile of each color:
Black Puffle
Blue Puffle
Brown Puffle
Green Puffle

Pink Puffle
Purple Puffle
Red Puffle
White Puffle

Taking Care of your Puffles
Since the new changes in 2011, you can interact up close with the puffles. When you go to your igloo you click on a puffle and a bigger screen appears and gives you some options:
- Feeding your puffles
- Playing with your puffles
- Grooming your puffles
- Pet Papers >
- Puffle Handbook
- Adoption Certificate
- Release Your Puffle to the Wild
You can buy items at the pet store to play, feed and furnish for your puffle. These items will be available after purchase in your igloo.
When you play with your puffle, you have to find the right toys for the right color puffle otherwise you will just upset your puffle.
Print Your Adoption Certficate
Now, after you adopt your puffle you can print the certificate and if you don’t do this right after you adopt, you can always go to your igloo, click on your puffle and choose the adoption certificate option.
Puffles Communications
They will let you know when they are hungry and when they are so upset that they just have to leave you! They will send you postcards so check those before you loose your puffle.

There are games on the island of club penguin that you can take your puffles with to help improve the game play:

- Red – Surfing
- Yellow – Dj3k
- Purple – Dance Contest
- Black – Cart Surfing
- Green – Jet Pack
